About us

Semá7maka Canoe Society is the supporting non-profit society for the activities of the Semá7maka Canoe Family. 

Our Canoe Family, made up of members of Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation), public serving agencies (North Vancouver RCMP and the Integrated First Nations Unit) and other government agencies, is committed to bringing people together and working towards improved relationships through canoeing, cultural teaching, sharing stories, songs and meals, and establishing long-lasting relationships.
